Connaught Grove

Cunningham were appointed by Meath County Council to deliver the Connaught Grove Social Housing Development, consisting of 30 units.

A total of 28 units were semi-detached family homes and two consisted of special needs bungalows with Occupational Therapy requirements.

Construction of the homes was traditional masonry builds including concrete tiled roofs, with brick and render features on the external wall finishes.

The site was in a residential area, adjacent to occupied buildings and near Athboy Town Centre. Cunningham Contracts Group delivered a superior highly specified development encompassing insulation and air tightness, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, rainwater harvesting systems, permeable external paving, and efficient lighting.
