Townspark, Kells

Cunningham were appointed by Meath County Council to deliver the Townspark, Kells 54-unit social housing development consisting of 36 3-bedroom semi-detached and terraced family houses and 18 apartments contained within 2 and 3 storey duplex buildings.

The homes were traditional masonry construction, with concrete tiled roofs and external wall finishes comprising mainly of brick with render features. The new homes were highly specified with requirement for superior standards of insulation and air tightness, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, rainwater harvesting systems, permeable external paving, and energy efficient lighting.
