Mayfield Park

Cunningham were appointed by South Dublin County Council to deliver the Design & Build of Mayfield Park Social Housing Project.

The 43-unit project consists of 19 3-bedroom 2-storey family homes and 24 2-bedroom apartments in 2-storey duplex blocks.

The N-Zeb compliant BER A2 residential units involved metal frame construction, concrete floors to apartments, air source heat pump installations, PV supplemented energy-coordinated energy design and installation. The residential units were finished with landscaping works to boundaries and new park/play area, pedestrian access routes to adjacent shopping facilities and transport, ancillary works to landscaping housing area, and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas.
