On Friday members of the Cunningham Leadership Team and Site Teams stepped away from the offices and sites and the day-to-day to focus on two things that matter most to us: Safety and Continuous Improvement.
The day commenced with a Cunningham Safety Check-In, highlighting lessons learned, positive practices, and what’s next, while giving everyone the opportunity to share experiences from site. The session reinforced our Care, Commit & Guard safety standards and the strong safety culture that keeps our teams and partners safe every day.
We then held a dedicated session with Derek Sinnott from Lean Construction Ireland on how we can further improve on our practices, exploring new ways to reduce waste, enhancing collaboration and deliver projects more efficiently.
Investing time in safety and smarter ways of working helps us build better projects, safer environments and stronger teams.
