Mark Fearon joined Cunningham Contracts Group at the beginning of 2020 as Health and Safety Manager. Since then, he has progressed to Head of Assurance (QHSE), managing the performance and quality of our projects and ensuring compliance with government regulations helping to ensure everyone at Cunningham Contracts Group has a positive and safe experience.
Mark’s progression to Head of Assurance is a good example of the commitment of Cunningham Contracts Group to our people and the development of their careers within our business.
With a wealth of qualifications, Mark has excellent knowledge to lead our QHSE and assurance requirements, including BA (Hons) Humanities, NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 45011 Lead Auditor, and ISO 9001 Auditor.
Mark’s mission is to ensure our company keeps improving and never rests on its laurels by maintaining a uniform and structured approach to our assurance and QHSE systems. He believes it is everyone’s responsibility within Cunningham Contracts Group to play their part to ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines. Safety is one of the most fundamental values we uphold to the highest degree.
With different colleagues in varying roles across our Group, Mark ensures he actively listens to our colleagues and works to solve a problem and find solutions with the help of our team.
