Irish Construction Industry Awards
Cunningham Contracts Group has been shortlisted for two categories of the Irish Construction Industry Awards.
Launched in 2014, the Irish Construction Industry Awards recognises, encourages, and celebrates original and innovative contractors, businesses, teams, consultants, and projects that demonstrate excellence in the built environment.
The awards offer a great opportunity for companies from all over Ireland to come together, collaborate, and showcase their projects.

Contractor Residential Project of the Year - Cornamona Court, Ballyfermot
Contractor Health/Education Project of the Year - Blackwater House, Monaghan

We were given the brief of conserving, remodelling and refurbishing the historic Blackwater Building along with the extensive specialist fitout.
Our proven experience enabled us to deliver a future-proof solution in a listed building with minimal disruption to existing services within the live St Davenet’s Hospital Campus.
As a result, our client has an industry-leading Care environment, with the latest medical infrastructure which meets and exceeds the care needs of the community.
Cornamona Court, Ballyfermot, Dublin
Cornamona Court, the 61-Unit Residential Development on a brownfield site in the heart of Dublin is the largest residential scheme undertaken by Dublin City since 2008. Cunningham Contracts have proudly delivered this quality, complex scheme.
The works comprised three separate blocks along with an over basement car park. The residential units were designed and delivered with sustainability in mind, using environmentally friendly building methods, waste management procedures and energy saving measures to reduce its Carbon Footprint.
The winners of the awards will be announced at the gala awards on Thursday, 2nd of November 2023 at The Mansion House in Dublin.
