On Thursday, 12th June, we marked Men’s Health Week by welcoming Lee Anderson and Fergus Farrell from the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity’s Make It Visible team to our Coliáste Chillian site.
The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity plays a crucial role in supporting the wellbeing of those within the construction industry. Through their Make It Visible campaign, they’re working to ensure support is clearly available and easy to access on every site. Their goal is to make sure no worker faces difficult times alone, whether it is related to mental health, physical health, or financial stress.
Our site team gathered to hear from Lee and Fergus about the charity’s important work and the need to raise awareness around men’s health issues. Their visit helped to reduce stigma and encourage men to seek help when necessary. After the session, they stayed on-site to offer private, one-on-one support for anyone who wanted to talk confidentially.
Cunningham is proud to support the The Lighthouse Charity and their mission to make help visible, accessible, and stigma-free across our industry.
