We are really pleased to announce that Cunningham Contracts Group has been appointed by South Dublin County Council for a new, large-scale development in the west of the city.
Clonburris is a major urban regeneration project that when completed will provide some 9,000 new homes for 23,000 people within the next decade.
As development of the new sustainable neighbourhood gets underway, we will play our part by supporting the construction of 116 new dwellings, including houses, duplex and apartment units as part of a €40m contract.
As well as housing, the innovative project will see the construction of critical infrastructure and facilities as well as ancillary site works.
