Cunningham’s C-FIT Celebrates its One Year Anniversary

On Friday 27^th February Cunningham celebrated the one year anniversary of C-FIT, the employee gym.

Employee wellbeing is always at the forefront for Cunningham and C-FIT gives all employees the opportunity and space for physical exercise which benefits both physical and mental wellbeing.

To celebrate the C-FIT one year anniversary fitness classes were hosted throughout the day by Fitness Instructor Gemma for the team to enjoy, with a healthy breakfast for all by Rare Grazing.

Looking back at the first year of C-FIT we were delighted over 1,240 sessions had taken place. Our top two gym users were awarded for being C-FIT Champions aligning with the Cunningham Can-Do value. Stephen O’Hare a Senior Project Manager was the number one C-Fit Champion with over 160 sessions, Stephen utilised the late night opening to schedule his fitness around his busy workday on site. Gavin Brown one of our Senior Estimators was our runner up with 113 sessions, Gavin utilised his lunchbreak to fit in quick workouts throughout the working day.

Cunningham continues to create a supportive space for all employees to prioritise their health and wellbeing.
