Today the Cunningham team at our Lynch’s Lane project welcomed The Lighthouse Charity, Make It Visible Team.
The session encouraged open and honest conversations around health and wellbeing while raising awareness of the incredible support and assistance available from The Lighthouse Charity.
One of the key messages shared today was that when life throws unexpected challenges at us, asking for help is a strength.
A big thank you to Fergus and Jonathon from the Make It Visible team for providing such valuable insights and information in an incredibly meaningful way.
The construction industry can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with unique pressures and challenges that can impact both physical and mental wellbeing. Creating a culture where people feel supported, listened to and encouraged to speak openly is more important than ever.
At Cunningham, we remain committed to promoting wellbeing and supporting our team.
