Cunningham is proud to announce the award of three significant projects within the Mission Critical sector, marking a key milestone in our expanding portfolio of complex infrastructure delivery. These new contracts also represent the beginning of strategic partnerships with three new clients, reinforcing Cunningham’s reputation for excellence in critical environments.
Appointed by PM Group, Cunningham will deliver the initial Civils Enabling Package for a major new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The project is part of a €700 million investment into a cutting-edge site focused on the production of biologic medicines, including therapies for autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular conditions such as high cholesterol, and various cancers.
Our scope encompasses large scale bulk excavation and the execution of intricate service diversions, all carried out within the constraints of a live, fully operational environment. The nature of the work demands meticulous planning, multidiscipline coordination, and unwavering compliance with rigorous safety and quality protocols, principles that underpin every aspect of our delivery methodology.
In addition, Cunningham has secured a Data Centre Fit-Out contract in collaboration with Designer Group, involving the construction of a new Glacier Room within a live data centre environment and a Pharmaceutical Fit-Out contract in collaboration with McElroy Associates, involving the provision of a new 2-8°C cold room refrigeration storage enclosure to maximise the storage capacity of sterile products. These highly controlled and precision driven project further consolidates our expertise in mission critical infrastructure and reinforces our proven capability to deliver in technically complex, demanding settings.
These latest contract awards reinforce Cunningham’s expertise in mission critical project delivery and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to long-term client partnerships with industry leaders. We look forward to working closely with PM Group, McElroy Associates and Designer Group as we contribute to the success of these landmark developments.
