Cunningham are delighted to be one of six contractors who have secured a place on the €500M Multi Supplier Framework. The 4-year Framework will deliver the Design and Build for dwelling projects valued between €5 million to €35 million within the Meath, Westmeath, Louth, Cavan, Monaghan and Longford County Councils.
Cunningham have secured their first project within the framework at Connaught Grove Phase 2 on behalf of Meath County Council. Having previously delivered Connaught Grove Phase 1, Phase 2 will involve the development of 47 residential consisting of 22 three bed units and 25 two bed units with an expected contract duration of 65 weeks.
