Cunningham are delighted to be one of six contractors who have secured a place on the €500M Multi Supplier Framework.  The 4-year Framework will deliver the Design and Build for dwelling projects valued between €5 million to €35 million within the Meath, Westmeath, Louth, Cavan, Monaghan and Longford County Councils.

Cunningham have secured their first project within the framework at Connaught Grove Phase 2 on behalf of Meath County Council.  Having previously delivered Connaught Grove Phase 1, Phase 2 will involve the development of 47 residential consisting of 22 three bed units and 25 two bed units with an expected contract duration of 65 weeks.

Cunningham have extensive residential experience delivering exceptional homes for several county councils across Ireland.  We look forward to bringing our in-house experience and expertise to the Design and Build Framework to deliver quality homes in the designated county council areas.  We are delighted to have been awarded the first framework project at Connaught Grove on behalf of Meath County Council.
