Cunningham secures €30.5 million of projects in mission critical and residential sectors

Cunningham are pleased to announce that they have secured projects within the Mission Critical and Residential sectors with a combined value of €30.5 million.

Within the Mission Critical sector, Cunningham will deliver a 16-week Civils Enabling package for a long-established client. Works will include bulk excavation, service diversions and compound set ups.

The residential project, awarded by Kildare County Council, at Greenfields Maynooth will see the development of 65 homes which will consist of 26 houses, 28 apartments and 11 duplex apartment units. Cunningham will deliver 26 of the units using Timber Frame method of construction with the remaining 39 units featuring a traditional build. Works are currently underway to demolish an existing single storey dwelling on the site.

Associated site development works will include landscaping, drainage, new paths, hard landscaping, public lighting, new boundary walls, ancillary site services and site developments works above and below ground.
