Riddel Hall

Cunningham were appointed by Queens University, Belfast to deliver refurbishment of existing listed Gate Lodge into accommodation for a visiting Professor.

The works undertaken included upgrades to the internal layout and full refurbishment including mechanical and electrical installations, roof repairs and replacement of all finishes and decoration.

In addition, the project team undertook the replacement of all single glazing to timber slide and sash windows incorporating new slim line double glazed panes with self-cleaning glass within the main Riddel Hall building.
