Cunningham were appointed to deliver extensive enabling works and site diversions to facilitate a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. 

Extensive earthworks and foundations were carried out by our team. Construction of reinforced concrete stair cores and lift shafts.  Complex site services were carried out including MV, ELV, Storm, Foul, Drainage, Fire Main, Process Drainage and Watermains.   

Works were carried out, without disturbance, to an ongoing live manufacturing operation facility.
