Amgen: Cold Room

Cunningham were awarded a Cold Room project by Amgen within a live pharmaceutical environment.

The project involved full CSA delivery and required extensive co-ordination with M&E services, along with strict adherence to safety, programme, and operational requirements while working within an existing operational facility.

Delivered within a highly constrained live campus, the works presented a number of technical and logistical challenges that demanded careful planning and precise execution.
