Cunningham Headquarters

Cunningham self-delivered the 20,000 sq ft state-of-the-art office and fit out of headquarters in Newry, County Down.

The project consisted of the construction of a new corporate two storey office building including a main reception area, open plan and individual office spaces, conference rooms, toilets blocks, lift provision, fire escapes and ancillary service facilities. The office was finished to CAT B Fit Out standards in both the production warehouse and office provision including open workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms, conference room and social areas.

The project was delivered operating an accelerated programme with an impressive 5-month duration from conception to completion. The project achieved BREEAM Very Good certification and LEED equivalent.
